I did hear that someone has a back injury and they've postponed their European Tour , planned for March, but as far as I know the April dates are still on. (I'm supposed to be seeing them at the Cathouse on the 11th!) You'd need to get someone from Capdown, Household Name Records or Newcastle Uni to actually be able to confirm it for you. |

I too have witnessed lots of young people going to the Cathouse at tea-time and although I'm glad to see that the younger generation is still producing some 'weirdos' there is no way I'd want to join them! And I think you'd probably feel the same after one night out with them, jeez, they can't even buy drink! | A 41. | Well, if someone was looking for specific alternative clothing I'd recommend Hellfire in Flip or Eurasia Crafts/Osiris and I do sometimes buy stuff there.
But because I'm such a cheapskate, I usually just go to the bargain bins and sales in some of the high street stores and it's surprising what you can find. I believe it's not what you wear, but how cheap it was...no, I mean, how you wear it! Also I suppose I'm lucky because if I want something special I can just make it for the price of the fabric.
So basically a Zelda shopping trip goes something like this; Missing Records for any tickets, Mandors fabrics (if I want something fancy), Kings fabrics, Osiris, New Look, or anywhere with a sale, the T-shirt shop on Stockwell Street, Argos, 13th Note for lunch, the record shops for CDs and if I've got any money left; to the Solid Rock Cafe for drinks! Of course, the short answer would have been, 'Missing Records'! |
